As the year 2025 winds down, I want to share some of the amazing changes that have taken place over the year and a few shipping statistics.
The Pie Chart of Success!
Although the year has not yet ended — and we are still receiving shipments, thank God — it is fair to say the shipping statistics below will remain reasonably accurate.
Our highly scientific, Pac-Man-looking pie chart consists of three wedges representing the three types of shipments we offer: Super Small Shipments, Partial Shipments, and Container Shipments.

- The thin gray wedge represents the Super Small Shipment, which accounts for about 8% of our shipments. Historically, this percentage was much lower, but with rising shipping costs, it has become the right solution for many budget-minded shippers.
- The pretty blue wedge represents Container Shipments — both 20′ and 40′ — and makes up about 15% of our shipments.
- And then there’s the mega big orange slice, the ever-popular Partial Shipment, contributing a full 77% of our shipments.
The total volume of all 2025 shipments is approximately equal to the volume of a 2,000-square-foot home and includes around 6500 boxes, bins, and pieces of furniture.
AI Chatbot – Technology on Hold
Earlier in the year, I installed an AI chatbot to assist website visitors with questions during the times we are unavailable.
Based on the activity and responses, I noticed that it confused some people, and ultimately, it might have driven them away from us. That, my friends, is not a good business model.
The AI chatbot lasted about 2 months before I took it down. Frankly, I think it was a disaster, and to make it work will require a lot more time and effort, and even then, I am unconvinced. I have learned that one-on-one conversations or messaging is the best way to help people. Human interaction — the old-fashioned way.
Introducing the 20-Minute Clarity Call!
Speaking of one-on-one communication, this year we introduced the 20-Minute Clarity Call to help demystify the shipping process for our community.

It has always puzzled me why people sit through a one-hour webinar when much of the content doesn’t apply to them, and they may walk away more confused. I understand it’s a great marketing technique for some shipping companies — and it definitely maximizes their time — but is it really the best approach for potential olim?
Since launching the 20-Minute Clarity Call program a few days ago, we’ve already helped two knowledge-thirsty individuals and have another call scheduled for today.
I’m excited for the Clarity Call to become our primary way of helping potential clients develop a shipping plan of action that truly works for them.
A Better Aliyah Blog

Our A Better Aliyah blog was launched in March 2025 and is dedicated to cultivating a more positive outlook by using spiritual principles, positive psychology, and embracing the beauty of everyday Israeli living.
Simple habits — like expressing gratitude for the goodness in life or giving others the benefit of the doubt — can radically shift a person’s worldview from feeling like a victim to becoming a giver, a hero, and a source of strength for others. The ripple effects of this transformed perspective are healthy and beneficial for everyone around us: family, friends, and the community.
Our hope is that these insights help make your aliyah not only smoother, but richer, more meaningful, and deeply uplifting.
May the coming year bring clarity, smooth shipments, and a beautiful aliyah for all!
