Shipping Without Rights?

Coming to Israel as a student, returning to Israel before you have rights, or simply importing some goods without rights?  If so, your shipment will be subject to Customs duties (import taxes).

The rate for standard household goods is about 35% of the declared value of your shipment.  Items like electronics, maybe taxed at a higher rate.

For current tax rates of personal imports visit the Israel Tax Authority website.
